When is it time to move on ?. 6 months in acute care and I’ve had self harm issues. Leaving bedside makes me feel like I failed but I’m not coping well with this.love taking care of people and healthcare but hate everything else.

We have to take care of ourselves. Nothing is worth hurting ourselves over. You take care of yourself; you are worth it.
