Any ICU RN’s out there who transitioned to Dialysis RN in inpatient setting? How is it?

Left ICU in 2015, to work in an acute hemodialysis dialysis center in a teaching hospital. Not the same as an outpatient clinic. Three 12 hour shifts, no call, every third Saturday and rotating holidays. Getting ready to retire in a year or 2.
