Trying to get my CDN certification, does anyone know a good place I can get contact hours online in nephrology?

I don't know what state you're in but in California actually pretty much all the the big dialysis centers will hire nurses and put you through a training program without you having any type of special studies in nephrology as long as you have a little bit of acute care experience and sometimes even not depending on how desperate they are they don't say that in their ad when it says but they are hiring but if you read further in it does say that in the small print that they are willing to put you through a program if you sign a contract to be paid to go through their program and then from what I understand a lot of the first few weeks is mostly on the computer and then you go to their facility
DaVita has been doing this for years but some of the other facilities I noticed in the last couple years are also joining it in with that training program
for years but you're still like a paid employee
