Does having an MSN degree hurt my chances of getting hired as a Staff Nurse in future? I will graduate with MSN in Leadership and Education but I have no desire to work in Management or any Leadership position. I am happy being a Staff RN.

Having your MSN will never hinder you working on any unit. Rather, as years pass it's a good thing if you should ever decide a different career path you'll already have your MSN. Education is never a bad idea, it gives you different insight and you'll be a better nurse because of it.
