How do you know if it's time to leave nursing all together? Ive been a nurse for over 15 years. I've worked in several units: tele, neuro, pcu, med-surg, etc... I'm questioning whether my heart's in it anymore or if I need to try a new specialty

I have been a nurse 47 years… at age 71 I don’t need the money as much as the mental stimuli. I have worked oncology, med-surg, PACU, ICU, CCU, PCU, ER , Flight Nursing, Psych, and now one on one home care (48/wk). I love to make a difference every day in a patient or family’s life… that never gets old! Nursing for me was never a career…always a calling.
