Yes. Many jobs are willing to accept. I am in northern VA and I know Inova will work with you.

Texas is a compact state. You should be able to start with no problem until you get your VA license

Yes! Some jobs accept it. Others don’t. You should look in yo making you Texas license compact so that you don’t have to get a new license in ever new compact state

That’s an easy DIY answer. That question can be answered in the Virginia board of nursing page. Sounds like you have some motivation issues. Do better.
