I've been having terrible foot pain recently, especially after shifts. Any tips that work well but aren't too expensive?
HOKA shoes. They are super comfortable.
Hoka shoes are the best! It’s all I have worn for years and my bunions thank me for it! They are pricey but well worth it.
Bring two spare pairs of shoes. Switch off during the middle of the shift and then again when you leave. It may make a difference. Avoid shoes you don't lace up - harder on the feet and back. Wear a shoe with a bit of heel. No clogs - bad for back, unless it is closed back and you can adjust the strap for tightness. Skechers has some great varieties to choose from. Good luck!
