I know that Med-Surg- 1:5 ratio, Telemetry-1:4, Step Down-1:3, ICU-1:2. This should also depend on acuity of patients but those should be the maximum ratios. In regards to SNF, I don’t think they have any nurse to patient ratio that I know of.
