Yes. Just about any facility will hire you without experience and will train you. From Outpatient clinics to hospitals.

At least here, yes you certainly would be considered. The dialysis population is growing so your experience would be helpful. Of course, there are unique issues with these patients so you will want to display openness to learning about them.

Yes! Apply with either DaVita or Fresenius. The need is great. Both companies have excellent training programs. There is a constant flow of patients falling into end-stage renal disease and there are NOT enough nurses to care for them!

Both Davita and Fresenius put new hires/ those without previous nephrology experience, through their own training courses and have preceptors.

Absolutely. I currently work for Davita Dialysis as a technician and they don't require any experience - they rely on on-the-job training.
