How long in your experience did it take to get a Nursing job/start? I was previously at the same job for 8 yrs and left due to having a baby, but now I have childcare and I’m ready to get back into work! It’s been a long time since an interview! Lol

I just returned to work after almost 3 years out for the same reason. Nursing is a female dominant career and I feel that if you’re honest it is helpful. I just said my son is about to go to pre-k, I did the SAHM thing, and I was anxious to get back into my career. I had 3 offers within 3 days. Took less than a month start to finish. Nurses are needed at the bedside and places are hiring! Stress the skills and experiences you have and what an asset you’ll be once you shake off the dust. Best of luck, mama!
