I am an IV therapy nurse. The question I have, is there a maximum number of PIV's placed in the arm, and if so where I can find the information so I can present it to the medical board and develop a policy.

Just wondering are there any facilities in VA that hire entry level infusion nurses and willing to train? I have 7 months med/surg experience but it doesn't seem like enough when applying to places. Please advise.
