As a nurse at Palmdale Regional Medical Center, you'll play a vital role in our 184-bed acute care facility, providing expert care to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. You'll have access to state-of-the-art equipment and technology and ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow in your career. Our nursing team works closely with our physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver the best possible outcomes for our patients. Additionally, we feature a STEMI Receiving Center for heart attack patients and a 35-bed, 24-hour emergency department, allowing our nurses to expand their skills and knowledge in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Located in Antelope Valley, we are situated between the Tehachapi, Sierra Pelona, and the San Gabriel Mountains. The Valley prides itself for being family oriented and housing is affordable. The region offers a lots of outdoor activities and destinations, including: - Hiking - Biking - Snow activities (just 45-minute drive to Wrightwood and other nearby lodges) - Wineries - Parks - Golf We are a 3-4 hour drive from Las Vegas and a 2 hour drive to Santa Barbara.
