- Benefits Day One: New team members are eligible for health, medical and dental coverage from day one in addition to retirement plans. Team members have 10 days from their start day to complete benefit elections and are made effective retroactively.
- 24 Hours Paid Time Off for New Hires: New team members start day one with 24 hours in the PDO bank allowing for them to have sufficient time to cover holidays or emergencies.
- Health Insurance Plans: Medical Insurance, offered through Aetna Insurance with Health Savings Plan (HDHP) or Traditional Plan (PPO), that emphasizes preventive care and includes prescription drug coverage and mail order pharmacy.

- Team Member and Spouse or Dependent Life Insurance: Life Insurance provides team members and their families with financial protection. Eligible team members have basic life coverage paid for by AdventHealth and have the option of purchasing additional coverage as a new hire, during annual enrollment or when they experience a qualifying life event.
- Short-Term and Long-Term Disability: Short-Term and Long-Term disability plans help team members with some income insurance if they are unable to work due to illness or injury.
- Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity Plans: The Indemnity benefit plan offered by Aetna pays a monetary benefit in the event of a hospital stay.
- 529 College Savings Plan: AdventHealth offers team members the opportunity to enroll in a college savings plan through BlackRock. A 529 college savings plan allows participants to save for future college expenses, growing those funds through a variety of investment choices, and withdrawing those assets for eligible college expenses with a tax-free advantage. Participation is voluntary and enrollment is available year-round. Investments to the 529 college savings plan are made directly from a participant’s checking or savings account.
- Debt-Free Education Assistance Options: A variety of options to pursue industry- and business-relevant degrees or certificates with assistance through direct bill pay or select free tuition options.
- Student Loan Support Coaching: Complimentary access to student loan coaching and tools are available to develop repayment strategies with financial experts providing personal guidance.
- Student Loan Support Repayment: Available for Benefit-Eligible Full-Time and Part-Time Team Members Working in a Direct Patient Care Department. Full-time team members can request up to $200 per month, totaling $12,000 and part-time team members can request up to $100 per month, totaling $6,000 to be used to repay student loans.
