It’s according to where you work. If you work in outpatient, same day surgery, it’s bank hours usually. If you work in a hospital, it’s according to their surgical team. I’ve seen some work 24 on 48 off, some work 7 on 7 off, some work 12s. It’s as varied as other nursing professions.
