How do I or can I get my license re-activated after retiring to work on my health and to assist with family members health?

I would suggest contacting State Board of Nursing.
I quit for 8yrs due to my parents moving close by due to their health issues. In the meantime, I kept my license renewed along with my CEUs. I had to do a nurse refresher course because I had been out greater than 4yrs.
