What’s the most catastrophic mistake you made as a nurse? Did you get fired for it?

I stayed at a job where I know beyond a doubt my new manager didn’t like me. I planned to look for a new job but didn’t move fast enough and she fired me. I heard later that it was said I didn’t fit the culture of the clinic, whatever that meant. Bottom line never stay where you’re not wanted.
