Can you work with more than one agency for home health? Which would be two jobs?
its all business vendoring in health insurance and cna and housekeeping unlicensed caregiving basic pre-cna or a medication technician would be good ones
Depends on. The agency so consider it a conflict of interest in Orinda however they prefer as limited benefits then
You can BUT then you take away from your primary agency & could put benefits as well as ANY chance for overtime pay at risk. If you are on your spouses insurance then it is your choice to throw away your potential for overtime pay. Also, you need to bear in mind that EACH agency has their OWN in~house educational & competency requirements so you will be spending x times the number of agencies number of education hours which will limit the number of hours you are actually able to work. It IS possible to earn a 6 figure income working agency but you have to do so carefully.
I’m in Illinois. Here you can. It’ll take a lot of juggling as per time, and you’ll need to remember to keep the paperwork or computer programs separate, but it can be done. At one time I had 4 agencies going. The transfer over to EMR (computer charting) is what stopped me. No longer quick and easy. More time spent at home on charting. That time wasn’t reimbursed. You’ll get your W-2 forms at tax time so you’ll file it together as one profession. Yes, you’ll have two jobs.
