I started neurological rehabilitation nursing as a new grad - still here 15 years later! I guess it will depend on where you apply. It is a different sort of nursing than med/surg - nurses either love it or hate it. It's a different sort of busy than a telemetry or med/surg floor. A good option if you enjoy patient teaching.
