I'm an ADN (3 years in Hospice, Homehealth RN, 8 years in rehab as LPN) looking to get away from bedside. I was also CM for Family Children Services before I was a nurse w a BS in Social Science. What is a good way to start chronic/preventative care?

School nursing or nursing in a pediatric facility might be good to try. It's very rewarding, encompasses chronic care and preventative care for children.
