I will be graduating with my ADN in June of 2025. What are some tips to truly max out your earnings? I am willing to do night and weekend shifts and overtime. I just don't understand how hospital differentials and stuff work.

Differentials are key so pick a speciality you like that pays you well and remember weekends and nights are more on top of speciality dif. Be willing to pick up shifts and or be on call, try to get bonus and or call pay if you are picking up a shift. Be careful how many hours you pick up because if you make more money it will push you to the next tax bracket and you wont see the extra money ( learned that the hard way). And for your sanity try to get large gaps in your schedule, like 4+ days off , that way you can spend your money elsewhere 🛫 🏝️
