Hello I keep going to interviews left and right being an LPN for 10 years and an RN for 1 but they keep calling for interviews but when I go after the fact I don’t hear anything back ???? Do they need nurses or am I just tripping?

First, do you have your BSN, if not do it! Expect to work nights...just the norm. Write a thank you note after each interaction. Good luck!
