How did you adjust your eating habits while working the night shift?

Eat less during day. Biggest meal of night should be before you go to work or once you get to work. Small snack before bed in morning. Drink plenty of water at night. Gym before or after work is a must to not end up a statistic of morbidity in your 40s and 50s, they don’t pay night shift differently for no reason because studies show night shift tend to have higher chronic diseases and shorter life span.
