I've been trying to stay consistent in my workout routine but finding it tough to squeeze in most days depending on my shift. Any tips?

Don’t be hard on yourself! Have a couple of routines: light days and crazy days 🤪! On your light normal days do your regular routine. On your crazy days: maybe a 15-20 minute yoga stretch or indoor walking video. Isn’t your workout routine to support your healthiest self?! Much Love and Grace to you !!!💝
