Can patients get allergic reactions from cat hair on your scrubs? Even after washing there can still be some left.

Yes, and due to immune memory cells each allergic reaction can be more of a concern than the previous.

If you allow them on your scrubs before going to work, the dander from that can potentially cause a reaction. When I was working, my cats were never allowed to be picked up or handled once I had my scrubs on. Once they are washed, the dander is no longer there, although some of the hairs might be.
