No, you cannot get a nursing job without a license. But, as I told my daughter, when she started school, get a clinical technician job (I.e. nurse’s assistant). She worked in the mother baby unit and quickly got a job in labor and delivery upon graduation. It is quite literally the smartest move to make. Plus!
