What do you think are the biggest trends and changes in nursing and healthcare leadership?

I am seeing a return to a nurse is a nurse. ED nurses can easily work med/SURG, ect...
A push to hire bodies, even if they are not the right fit.
But that could have just been that one hospital. They were pretty toxic. Half of the new leaders that left, left management all together. I would have also, but I had student loans.
