Is there a hospital in dallas texas area, that they would never work again? Preferably the ER department or hospital over all
All of them. You have to see what you want. Personally, I would not want to work at UT Southwestern, Methodist, Baylor Scott and White, Parkland, Medical City, or Children's Hospital of Dallas. No hospital will treat you well in this area and these facilities seem to have the most turnover. You are better off either going agency first and working in these facilities to see if this is what you want but you can make more money as a travel nurse.
HCA facilities
Never worked in that area
The hospital and the emergency service must never close, however we must:
- Improve the health system
- Think about recommendations
- Rethink the organization of health expenditure financing,
- Improve coverage of health risk and dependency risk,
- Thoroughly reorganize the healthcare offering,
- Develop health information systems,
- Think about the budget to devote to medical innovation,
- Improve well-being in the hospital. With these measures the hospital will function well.s
