I am currently a Assistant Nurse Manger @ Kaiser in CA. I am looking to be closer to family and want to move to Virginia. How drastic of a salary change am I looking at? I currently make 150K a year. Would I be making the same or less?

I would consider checking out the rate (annually/hourly) in (regards to whereabouts you plan to settle compared to your current location) before taking the move! Being close to family is lovely and hopefully they will be a major factor for your future and your career! God bless you
