What types of training and education are required for surgeons to effectively use AI and robotics in surgical procedures?

Some of the AI or robotics companies will provide free training to the surgeon in exchange for a commitment from the surgeon to use their product exclusively and to author articles about using their products. This often includes speaking at medical conferences about the surgeon's experience with the AI system or robot.
Medical schools may be able to obtain full or partial donated cadavers or animals like cows/pigs for the surgeon 'student' to practice on in a university lab setting.
