What is the best way to move forward when no one will hire a new grad NP? I have applied to over 30 jobs and they all want experienced candidates. I live in northern San Diego area.

Try CVS clinic or Oak Street Health.I would also ask another NP what they did .Keep going and trying you worked to hard to stop.You could be a allergy NP or family NP to name just a few.
