I cannot answer the question directly for you. My advice would be to get a recruiter to help you. This is not the facility recruiter. This would be a headhunter who works for an employment/staffing agency. Their job is to represent you and fill vacancies at facilities. You do not have to pay them. The facility will pay them if they hire through them.
