What are some tips on getting into an informatics role as a BSN? I want to work with data and analytics, but don't want more student debt.
If you want to look specifically for something in data and analytics as a BSN, you might also try jobs for nurses in Quality/Performance Improvement or whatever your hospitals might title that department. I started doing that while I was finishing my MSN in Informatics and it did a lot more with data than my current role.

try doing and keep going in medical coding and medical billing
