I’m a Labor & Delivery nurse in Colorado making $47/hr. I’ve been doing this about 2 years. I have been an RN for 12 years though with varying experience. I’m curious what others with 12 years experience are making across the country.

I am a labor and delivery nurse in Oregon and I make $46.45 an hour starting as a new grad. I had my one year anniversary of nursing February 12th. I had to do a $10,000 sign on contract that I would stay 2 years the contract starting after 6 months of being precepted, I’m 7 months into my two years of independent practice, so if I left my contract, I’d owe them a significant amount of that $10,000 based on how many working hours I have so far.
