Right now Emory. They are highest paying. They have their pay on job listings right now. Average is like $42-48.30 pending years of experience. You are also eligible to advance on clinical ladder to get pay increase which averages an additional $2-$2.75 depending on which track you choose.
Grady pay is about the same as Emory if not more.
Northside is also a great place to work. Not sure what their pay is at this time but they had great nurse to patient ratios and working conditions when I was there.
