How do you handle hostile parents on the pediatric floor?

In any hospital setting now. Family members seem to project blame and frustration on care givers.
Best thing you can do before it becomes a problem is to give them updates and information on what you are doing to their love ones. Keep them less stress on their hospital stay.
If that does not work and they are still not satisfied with the care. It's okay to switch care giver. Good luck
