Always use errors and mistakes as learning vehicles. Never beat up yourself. After all we are ALL humans and being humans means that we are imperfect. Be accountable and own up to your mistakes...Hopefully they are not life threatening.

Speak to your manager or supervisor about protocol to address/ report these incidents.

Take the initiative to learn about your weaknesses on your own.

Give yourself grace and be patient with yourself put in the work...and with time everything will fall into place.
