I have 25 years outpatient oncology experience any good clinics in the south or Midwest?

I currently work at West Clinic. There are numerous locations: Desoto, MS, Germantown, TN, Corinth, TN, Memphis, TN, Brighton, TN, and Paris, TN. There are nurse navigators and other infusion nurses. The nurse navigators follow new patients from start until treatment completion. This position works closely with a physician(s), medical assistant, and possibly a nurse practitioner. And, the infusion nurse administers chemotherapy and iron transfusions. Each location is set up a little differently. West Clinic patient population is adults and the elderly. Benefits are comparable for the cost of living, but higher than other hospitals. My only issue is my pay is not where it should be. And leadership roles are limited. Otherwise great people, team, and environment.
There are better benefits at St. Jude if you want to work with the pediatric population. Overall St. Jude is a good employer. However, they did not compensate me appropriately and fairly. Unfortunately, this was unbeknownst until the end of my time as an employee. I also had some issues while working at St. Jude during COVID and with FMLA. Yet, I still believe overall it is a decent place to work if you have the right leadership.
