I graduated BSN last Dec. 2021. I tested NCLEX 3x and had no luck. I am doing my 4th really soon. Is there a place that hires new graduate nurses with pending licenses?

There are several however; itis imperative that you dedicate yourself to pass boards. Otherwise you do not have basic standards and facilities will not continue to keep you on if you dont have that standard. Nursing is challenging enough and costly. So dedicate yourself and PASS -- then you can begin to learn and put knowledge to practice

Find what is keeping you failing your NCLEX and correct it. I do not know what hiring practices are for graduate nurses as I am retired from a 44-year career but, I do know the smartest test takers are not necessarily the best working nurses. Common sense and good judgement are priceless in a nurse. Test taking is not necessarily best practice. Keep your spirits and head up!
