Any recommendations on how/where to start a job as a new grad right into the ICU?

They call it intensive for a reason. They will mentor you and add a lot more classes. I would suggest you get a couple years of hospital nursing to get familiar with the basics. Good luck.

There are many that have new grad residency programs( NRP) those have been the best ICU nurses I have seen! Young fresh and they are full of passion.
