What to do when I only have ten months of hospital experience, and it has been two years since I have not worked there? I'm trying to apply to ER, but they are asking for two occasions. I'm not qualified for the residency program either.

I feel that most ED's are very busy and short staffed. If you apply and have had some sort of experience in the area, you will be fine. I am sure they would love to have you and support you during the orientation process. Apply anyways... good luck.

You might have to take a job in other area of need and be able after 6-12 months to prove your work ability, being on time,etc- so you have an evaluation and more to sell the ER on your awesomeness 😎 Good Luck- so many choices/places and types of nursing out there
