Career Advice Telemetry Hospice Arizona

Hello, currently am a nurse in San Diego. I worked tele for about a year, currently working as an hospice RN/CM the past two years. We might be moving to Tucson,AZ. Any advice on places to work, or working as a nurse in Az in general?

Should I go somewhere else? I haven’t even been working as a nurse for a year, but I feel so stressed and my anxiety is thought the roof, there’s what feels like micromanaging and I’m so unhappy even though this was supposed to be my dream unit.
Returning to bedside (telemetry) after 22 years...yes, not a typo! Need $ for kids going to college. No refresher, just cramming at home studying meds/labs/pathophys/etc. Hospital willing to train but I'm nervous. Advice?
How can a nurse who has been away from the bedside for more than 10 years get back in there? Any recommendations?
