Is it good to start at a residential facility as a New Nurse? I have no experience and having hard time finding jobs. And so far the places accepting new grads are residential facilities

Residential facilities are the "hood" of healthcare. Don't do it, work for someone else to get some knowledge under your belt. They don't teach self defense in nursing school. But if you are a bad ass, then go for it!

Depends on what kind of degree you have obtained. If it is a RN I would say "no". You need to obtain a well rounded experience as a new nurse. Trust me there is so much more to learn on the job than what we are taught in college and nursing classes
