What are the different levels of anesthesia?

Five (5) levels

Conscious with minimal sedation. Cooperative.
Unconscious & breathing.
Unconscious and not breathing. Needs ETT

4 levels
Induction
Excitement/delirium
Surgical anesthesia
Overdose
