What was your experience working for an HCA facility (aka Medical City Fort Worth, Medical City Arlington, etc.)?

Never good with a HCA facility anywhere...

I worked for HCA for 6+ years in Houston

They have a great "Care Culture"

Amazing Nurses who are willing to help each other to

ensure Patient Safety. It's a great place to learn and sharpen

your Nursing Skills. The Nursing shortage can be Challenging

sometimes but it helps you become a stronger Nurse when you go

with the Flow.
