What is the pay scale for RNs in New Jersey after 1 year of experience?

I got hired for 44/hr base salary in central jersey. Have been offered lower 40s at other institutions. Spuh is in the 30s

Its approximately 35-42 hourly. If you go to a large teaching academic hospital system you will receive higher pay and if they are unionized it goes according to the contract.

Depends on your location. I would say average is 40/hr in NY and Philly metro areas, and probably mid 30s elsewhere.
