there is always having medical centers schools being real life practices for sickbay units in different health departments making them big like it was compared to UT Health Science Centers or TX Medical Center but its a hospital school based hospital in sickbay hospitals---etc. dental clinics department, er units, or cafeteria centers with included primary exam rooms with for school departments units in health specialties
