What are some tips for managing PPE when you have multiple isolation patients?

I've had this situation myself. Life is easier if you're well stocked with PPE.If your patients are all medically stable start with the least amount of PPE such as contact isolation gown and gloves
Then the stricter isolations gown ,gloves,mask and shoe cover ect. They take longer to dress for and longer to undress from. Time management is essential . Do your med passes and assessments while in the room. When patients have multiple IV meds due at the same time consider starting with them because you will have to make several trips into that room.Hopefully you have no more than 5 isolation patients and no others.
