What is the next step after I learn I pass NCLEX through quick result? Can I start applying for a job while waiting for my license?

Do start asap. Some new grads have little to no luck getting a position. Apply to multiple hospitals in your area. If possible and available. Include any and all job experience you have. Even willing to work nights. Or part time. Once you got in keep looking for openings.
