Which is better for nurses: electronic or paper health records?

Worked with both. Electronic records - the doctors orders are clear,
Don't have to figure out the handwriting or call the MD to translate.
The nursing notes were a little better on paper.

Be prepared to do both. We were always told once we went electronic paper would disappear but that has not happened anywhere I've worked.
