Give yourself time. I felt the same 25 years ago. Just keep learning and asking questions.
My first job as an NP was in a family medicine residency program so I was fortunate to be able to ask the preceptors ideations. You will find those you can feel comfortable with to ask questions.

More and more practice. One way to get it is to volunteer at a free clinic. The need is so great that your help is really appreciated.
